ICAB targets entrepreneurs and young technology companies, particularly in the ICT and engineering sector. ICAB looks for the most promising ones and through their activities and their enthusiastic entrepreneurship they contribute to the success of ICAB.

ICAB screens each application, paying attention to:

- The company’s activitities and the innovative character of the project
- The commercial, technological and management capacities of the company
- The potential to collaborate with Brusselse research institutions
- The added value for ICAB
